AIState · domain pack

AIState for Public Safety

Everything on this page is the same platform as the rest of the site — the Knowledge Fabric, the Knowledge & Agentic Studio, the same governance. What changes is the pack: the legal process a case has to follow, the sources it may not reveal, the clocks the statute sets, and the evidence standards a court applies. The domain lives in the ontology, the logic, the processes, the sources and the semantic context — authored as configuration, not built as new code.

Legal process with its clocks

Warrants, orders and requests with issuing authority, period and expiry; Title III with 30-day renewal and 10-day report deadlines; CAFRA seizure notices at 60 days; MLAT and preservation requests with a derived expiry. Every one lands on the case calendar and the deadline bell.

Confidential human sources

Source numbers and code names, reliability grading, handler-only visibility, every open recorded as a read, payments over a threshold behind a second person's approval. Nothing else in the platform follows the true-identity link.

Evidence a court will accept

Originals immutable and encrypted, re-hashed on every download, sealed items refusing edits, custody on every movement, QR labels and phone scanning in the field, redaction on a working copy — with a hash-chained audit trail anchored daily.

integrity verified, not asserted

Disclosure and the privilege log

A Bates-numbered package: index, summary, chronology, exhibit register with custody, 302-style reports, affidavits, court and asset schedules, decrypted originals and a manifest of hashes — with sealed, withheld and over-classified items listed in the privilege log instead.

Brady / Giglio review before it goes

Court, assets and forfeiture

Hearings per subject, seized and restrained assets with custodians and dockets, forfeiture deadlines on the calendar, dispositions through the two-person approval.

The public-safety agencies

Affidavit drafter · Subpoena and production request · Title III compliance review · Disclosure (Brady/Giglio) review · Chain-of-custody audit · Officer safety assessment · Flight risk · Elements-of-offence matrix · Interview, search and arrest planning · Informant reliability · Witness credibility · Cooperator value · Prosecution memorandum · 302 narrative drafter · Asset tracing for forfeiture.

configuration, not code — edit or disable any of them

These agencies and records are off by default on the risk-domain deployments and enabled for public-safety customers. Everything else on this site — the Fabric, the Studio, governance, the utilities — is identical.
